Hi there, I'm looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person for my quiet but friendly home.

Someone who cleans up after themselves in shared areas and keeps their room clean and fresh.

The room available has a double bed, triple wardrobe, six-drawer chest of drawers, foldable table and chair, bookcase, small shelving unit, under bed drawer.

The bathroom (shared with one other person) has both a bath and shower. Downstairs, there is use of a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and well-equipped living room.

The house is very well located - being in a lovely, quiet residential area that is walking distance from the city centre, shops, several supermarkets, climbing wall, the river, canal, gym, rugby park, train and bus stations and it's on a bus route.

The parking is on road and there is always plenty space available.

Please Note:
* The room is for single occupancy only and there are no overnight stays for friends/family etc.
* Full-time professional only.
* No working from home.
