The flat is at the rear of a house located in a quiet residential street in the Crown area of Inverness, a 5 minute walk into town, 2 minutes from the shops & pubs at Kingsmills and 5 minutes to Fraser Park. It's only 1.1 miles from the Hospital by car and a little less by foot if you cut across the park. There is off-street parking shared with the house, for one or two cars, and parking permits can be obtained for the street, which always seems to have plenty of spaces.

The single bedroomed flat contains a living room with a kitchenette at one end, a shower room and a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Equipment provided is: fridge, oven, two electric rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, washer-drier, vacuum cleaner, TV/DVD and electric heaters. The flat has its own phone line and broadband, with a router provided.

The patio garden area is shared with the house, and has a rotary washing line. There is a shed with storage space for a bike.

The 5 tenants in the adjoining house are all professionals, between the ages of about 25 to 33.

Deposit is one month's rent, which is kept by LPS Scotland. Rent to be paid in advance, by standing order. The Council Tax and TV licence are included in the rent. Hot water come from the house, so is free! Electricity, phone line & broadband are not included.
