Deposit is one month's rent, which is kept by LPS Scotland. Rent to be paid in advance, by standing order. The Council Tax and TV licence are included in the rent. Hot water for the basin/sink comes from the house, so is free! The heating & shower are electric. Electricity, phone line & broadband are not included.
