Double room to rent (partially furnished - double bed, mattress and built in wardrobe)

House fully furnished and modern.

I work away end and usually spend 50% of the month away so you would have the house to yourself quite a lot of the time.

Bus stop at end of road. Shop within 5 minute walk.

Sky, Netflix, WiFi, Amazon prime all included.

Parking, garden, garden bar, shed and loft storage all included.

WC, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, lounge, pantry cupboard and garden.

There will be a live in dog. He is small, non casting, hypoallergenic and loves to sleep. He often goes to my sister or mothers house when I’m working away or out.

Non smoking in house.

Easy going, non smoking live in home owner who has a professional job and is out a lot due to work and sport commitments.
