Double room to rent in Culloden, which is only a couple of miles from City Centre.

5minute drive from the main Retail Park and 10minute drive from Inshes Retail Park, UHI Campus and Raigmore.

Plenty local amenities near by - Co-op & Spar, hair dressers/barbers, ATMs, 5 take-aways, Pharmacy, Butcher, pub, and buses are pretty regular.

Room is a cosy double, with drawer units, hanging/wardrobe space, and a TV with build in FreeView and Netflix.

Facilities are shared with just myself. I am a shift worker (some early starts and late night finishes) so I am not always in and I work varied hours so you would have the place to yourself at different times of the week.

I am clean and tidy as you can see from the pictures would expect similar in return.

There's off street parking, Wifi/Broadband and all bills included in the price and there's a garden space and shed aswell.

Would preferably suit males, professional workers and shiftworkers too. Ideally suited to those looking for a place to stay Monday- Friday or similar, but there's a degree of flexibility and I will consider a longer term arrangement depending on the interested person.

Not looking for anyone who WFH.
