Double room for rent in Dalneigh, Inverness

Hello,

I’m a happy, friendly person looking for a house mate for short term. I’m a University lecturer & work flexibly from home 3 days per week. I own 2 pets & keep a clean, tidy home. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table, lamp, wardrobe, desk and chair and coat stand. The house is next to an inner circle bus stop. Inverness has excellent public transport links. The house is a 5-10 min walk to the city centre, canal side and Leisure Centre. Lots of woodlands nearby for hiking, mountain biking, the NC500 route, great for wild swimming, kayaking & SUP, golf course, close by whisky distilleries & a 15 min drive to the airport. I'm a tenant and have permission to take in another tenant. I will need to forward your details for the Landlord. Ideally looking for a single housemate and not keen on having people stay over and ask that we respect each other’s privacy. Definitely up for wine on a Friday and company during dog walks. Photos of room will be posted after 11th January, when other tenant moves out.
