My ideal tenant would be a professional/ working male/ female who is clean, tidy, and trustworthy. I have a private parking bay in front of house should you own a car. Please note that rooms are single occupancy only & there are no overnight stays for friends/ family members.
Rent is £155.00 per week plus deposit of £150.00 which is refundable on vacating the room.
