I have two lovely rooms to rent individually in a newly renovated 4-bedroom bungalow in Ardersier. I’ve not long moved in and the plan is for the house to be shared with two others. The house is fully furnished, has a large back garden, front garden and private parking.

The room is fully furnished (currently only showing one room at the moment as still in the process of furnishing the additional room).

The main bathroom would only be shared with you and one other, I have my own bathroom.

All brand new carpets and furnishings, the photos aren’t the best so would love for you to view the room in person.

There’s also a spare bedroom that all housemates are welcome to use if friends or family come to stay :)

I’m a working professional and tend to be out and about on my days off — into yoga, hillwalking, catching up with friends, or occasionally hosting. If you love dogs you’re in the right spot as I occasionally look after our family Cocker Spaniel who is the sweetest friendliest boy who loves your attention :)

I’ve house shared before over the years, mainly in Australia and like to create a relaxing, peaceful space, where it’s a warm and friendly home; Always happy to share a meal/wine and a chat when it suits. Equally respectful of each other’s privacy and downtime.

This would suit a professional or mature student looking for a comfortable, calm home rather than a party house — somewhere easygoing, welcoming, and well cared for.

Location wise; close to the two local shops; a Spar & Morrisons Daily, Doctor surgery a 5 min walk, the local cafe ‘Wendys’ is great too! Local pub within walking distance and literally a 4min walk to the shore if you like being near the water :) (great spot for watching the Northern Lights!) also 5 mins from the Connage Dairy…
