I also have a lovely 10-year-old male cat who is very independent, spends plenty of time outdoors and generally keeps to himself.

Rent and move-in costs:

Monthly rent: £620 per room Initial payment: £740 (£120 deposit + £620 first month's rent) The £120 deposit will then be deducted from the following month's rent, making your next payment £500. Rent thereafter: £620 monthly.

Both rooms are available immediately.
