Furnished Double En-Suite in City Centre

Hi, I am looking for a lodger for a double en-suite room in Inverness City Centre.
You will have access to the kitchen and Garden. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a washer/dryer.
Permit Holder street parking available. I have a spare Visitor permit you are welcome to use but only valid until April 2027. You can then renew if you so wish.
The flat is a Maisonette and a stone throw away from Tesco, Asian shop, Euro shop, bakeries, and the High Street!
The room is fully furnished with a big wardrobe, a little dining area, and a reading nook overlooking the garden (with a view of the cathedral).
I will on rare occasions stay upstairs when I am on-call but notice will be duly given, and now that I am about to go on Maternity Leave for a year, it may be even more rare that I stay there at all.
Employed/professionals preferred, I would also ask that you maintain cleanliness and look after the space. I am Asthmatic so unfortunately, strictly no pets/smoking allowed in the property.
