Hi, I'm looking for a housemate. Fully furnished, double room available for single occupancy end July. Lovely 2 bed in quiet area of Lochardil, near Asda, Inshes Retail Park, UHI & Raigmore Hospital. Roughly a 30 min walk to the town centre although bus route at end of road. I'm tidy, friendly & like to relax at home so a like-minded lady would be great! There's a garden, patio area & hot tub for relaxing in the summer sun with a nice glass of wine! Off street parking avaiable or shed for bicycle storage if required.
£500 pcm, includes all bills & unlimited broadband, deposit required.
