Double room in a 2 bed cottage

Looking for someone new to take over a double room in a lovely two bedroom cottage in Newtonmore. More/better photos to be added soon.

The house is fully furnished but furniture can be moved around to make space if you had any small things. There are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared open plan kitchen/living room. We have our own private driveway.

The rent is £425/month which goes directly to the landlord. Wifi and council tax are included. The house has an electric back boiler which isn't the most efficient. Enregy averages around £70 per person/month across the year depending on your use. There is also a wood burning stove which can heat up water and the house more efficiently. We already have a full wood store in preparation for autumn/winter.

The house is next door to the landlord, who is super easy going and has been letting out the property for a number of years. Pets can be considered.

The house will be shared with a 28 year old girl who works locally as an ecologist and loves all things outdoorsy and creative. The room is free due to the current housemate's seasonal job ending.
