Double room in a 2 bed cottage

Double room to let in Newtonmore. Fully furnished.

I'm taking over a 2 bed cottage in Newtonmore in April and looking for a housemate. Move in date could be pushed forward to the start of April or could be later if needed. The house is next door to the landlord, who is super easy going and has been letting out the property for a number of years. He's very sweet and often tops up our log supply when it is running low.

The rent is £400/month which goes directly to the landlord. Wifi and council tax are included in this amount. The house has an electric back boiler which isn't the most efficient thing in the world. Enrrgy averages around £70 per person / month. There is also a wood burning stove which is a more efficient way to heat the cottage.

It's a lovely bungalow which has fairly recently been renovated. I'm 27, quite outdoorsy and work as an environmental advisor. I don't smoke or have pets, cook vegetarian food (if you cook with meat that is absolutely fine though), and occasionally work from home. May be able to consider pets.
