Lodger wanted!

Good sized bedroom for rent. Comes fully furnished with a double bed and built in double wardrobes. The wallpaper is currently very flowery - will consider changing it for the right person!

Front and back garden, patio, off-road parking, bike storage and shed all available for lodger to use. Kitchen and bathroom have been refitted in recent years and though small are up to a good standard. Good Wi-fi, central heating and dishwasher.

The house backs on to the nature reserve. There are nice routes for walking and running and plenty of choice for gyms and shops nearby.

I work in the city centre, cycling or driving into town most days. I have a fairly fixed routine and am happy to socialise or do separate things together in the living room during the evenings that I am home.

The ideal lodger will be pragmatic, do jobs as you see them. Look after their own space and be flexible in sharing the joint spaces.

Pets considered, especially birds, no cats.
