We have a lovely, fully furnished single room in a quiet, clean, and welcoming house.

The room gets plenty of natural light and includes a comfortable bed, drawers, and shower seperate to the family bathroom.

You’ll have full access to a shared fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, family bathroom, and a private garden—perfect for relaxing.

Wi-Fi and all utility bills are included in the monthly rent of £600.

Convenience:
Just a 10-minute walk to Cowes High Street, local shops, and the seafront. We are 2 mintues walk from Cowes Enterprise college, and a short bus ride to St. Marys Hospital and Isle of Wight college.

Commute:
Only 15 minutes to the Red Jet terminal, making trips to Southampton a breeze.

Who We Are:
We are friendly, working couple with 1 child and a cat. We enjoy water sports, outdoor life and gardening. We keep our home and communal areas spotless and are looking for a like-minded individual to share our home with.
