I have a large single room on the 1st floor at £475 that which is currently available in a house in Cowes.

The house has 6 bedrooms, a large communal kitchen with larder, 2 shared bathrooms and garden.

There is good WIFI, the rent includes all bills. Price also includes basic weekly cleaning/maintenance in the common areas(kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, garden)

Central location, a few minutes walk to Cowes Town and to the shops

Rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp etc....you just need you own bed linen. There is a TV access point in every bedroom if you have a TV.
