Location - The property is located on a very quiet street in East Cowes, only a few minutes on foot to the town, main bus route to Newport, Chain Ferry to East Cowes and ferry to and from Southampton.

Costs - The Room is £450 pcm, this includes all bills. If successful we ask for one months rent in advance (the day you move in) and a £250 deposit, registered within the DPS scheme.
