I currently live alone, with my brother visiting occasionally, and share the house with one very timid indoor cat — so no additional pets can join us.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with three drawers, clothes rails, and a desk with chair. It also benefits from a newly fitted private ensuite shower room. More photos will be added as the room is finalised.

There are steps leading up to the property, so good physical mobility is helpful.

I’m ideally looking for a working professional who is tidy, considerate, and happy to feed my cat when I’m away.
