 A  self contained studio that is fully furnished. A separate back entrance leads to double doors and a patio with a garden and sea view. The front entrance leads to a covered parking area outside. The studio was converted from a garage ( originally stables ) and is attached to our main house in a beautiful area by the sea and the forest, and only a short walk away from mainland links in Yarmouth . Its a walker's paradise! We are on a main bus route and a 20 minute drive to Cowes and Newport.

There are 2 of us living in the main house, as well as 2 dogs. Hubby and I both work, a few days a week we work at home . We are after someone who is an independant working professional . We have 3 adult children who all live away but visit often. We are peaceful considerate people.
Rent includes a brief weekly clean as well as all bills.
