This is a clean and tidy 5 bedroom house, however there is a double bedroom ensuite which is available for let. There is a drive way for 2 cars and a garden.
The home is located in a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which is 15 minutes to the town center.🚐

The property is 5 minutes walk to singleton village which has the local GP surgery, shops, and restaurants.🏪

If you enjoy walking it is 10 minutes walk to Victoria park , a beautiful park , for runners, scrolling, having picnics and BBQs.
The singleton lake is 6 minutes walk from the property and it offers a lovely woodland walk path and a lake for fishing.

There are only two of us living in the home myself and daughter who is 19 years but will be moving away to university in September and a dog who is just over two year old. We are friendly and very down to earth. The dog 🐕 is a Pomeranian, very friendly and playful so don't be intimidated by her loud barking, she is just an attention seeker.

This is a cosy house.
Preferably professional female required as house mate. Someone who is very clean, tidy and keeps their surroundings clean at all times, at least cleaning and hoovering your space once a week.

We do not smoke so prefer non smokers but if you do , you can smoke in the back garden but ensure cigarettes buds are discarded safely.

The room for let offers an en suite shower and WC. There is a large TV with Amazon stick to use. WiFi is available. There is a large chest of drawers for use, bedside table and lamps. An electric blanket and radiator for the winter months. The room is situated downstairs so you have your own privacy. All bills are included.💴
