The Room:

The double room comes with modern furniture consisting of a double bed, quality comfortable mattress, bedside table with industrial style lamp, open hanging space and drawers, new carpet, artwork and blackout blinds.

The room is available from the 5th June 2026 and is £525per month including all bills. We have selected our furniture from brands such as Urban Outfitters, John Lewis and IKEA which gives each room a modern, stylish feel.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Housemates: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 8 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 8 people will occupy the house at any one time.

The Landlords:

We are a small family property company - we don't use agents and are available for all of our tenants personally!
