Room in a spacious house in a convenient location

A well-presented spare room is available in a quiet and attractive house located in Mill Court. 10 min walk to the town centre and less than 10min walk of the station. The property faces the River Stour, providing a pleasant and peaceful setting.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference, and includes access to a private bathroom.

I work out of town during the week (Monday to Friday) and return at weekends. This means the lodger will have sole use of the house for the majority of the weekdays.
