Spacious house with garden and parking

Hi!
We are looking for a new housemate to join us from August.

You would be living in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house with a beautiful kitchen, living room, garden and parking space. There is lots of storage space around the house and plenty of room to work and relax. It is less than 5 min walk from the William Harvey Hospital and from a Tesco, and there are nice local walks nearby if you enjoy the outdoors.

You’d be sharing the house with 2 female doctors who are sociable and friendly. We are often out due to work and other commitments but we also enjoy spending time together at home.

Bills are not included, but come to approximately £150pcm including WiFi.

Unfortunately our previous housemate has had to move, so we are looking for someone to take her room for the next year.
