The room would ideally suit someone with a professional lifestyle who is looking for a comfortable home and appreciates a good balance between being sociable and having their own privacy.

As I am a live-in landlord, I'm looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and happy to have a chat or socialise occasionally, while also understanding the importance of personal space, privacy and working routines. I occaisonally work from home so having someone who is respectful of working hours and the need for a quiet environment is important.

I have a cat, so you will need to be comfortable living with cats and ideally be someone who likes them. If he will like you is a completely different matter!
