I have a double room available in a modern, clean and friendly house share which underwent a full refurbishment in 2025.

The house is in close proximity to the town centre and train station, roughly a 6 minute walk.

The house also has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, a fortnightly cleaner and a large garden and courtyard area.

There is a large open plan kitchen diner for socialising with all the amenities you need.

The room is fully furnished, however you are also welcome to add additional pieces to make yourself comfortable (space permitted).

I will prioritise getting back to people who write a bit about themselves (what you do for work, what you like doing outside of work, why you're moving to the area etc.) and I'm happy to help answer any questions you may have.
