Double Room

We are a couple in our thirties with a large home and a room available to rent as our current tenant is moving out into their own home.

Located on the side of town in a lovely area, we have a large garden, a pool table room, kitchen, living room, two toilets and a shower room. All of which can be used as although your renting a room, we want you to feel like this is your home as much as ours.

We are looking for someone who has a steady job and will respect our home as much as you would your own.

All bills are included, including super fast WiFi. We do not require a deposit as long as anything damaged is replaced, all we need is one month's rent up front.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, fitted double wardrobe & bedside table.
