Tenants need to be sociable and respectful towards other tenants, as well as fulfil their share of housekeeping and hygiene. Smoking in the house is not allowed, and if tenants want to smoke outside, the doors must be kept shut so the smoke does not come in.

Current tenants are professionals working long shift hours, hence tenants need to be considerate and aware of the noise levels permitted, especially during non-sociable hours (22. 00-07. 00 Mon-Sun).
