There is access to the garden, kitchen and living-dining room. Internet and all bills included.

There is plenty of parking nearby by use of the visitors bays, plus a shared driveway.

Looking for a female lodger to share with a live in 39 year old male landlord. One lodger only, no couples considered.

Live out landlord is myself, 39-year-old project director who travels frequently with work; and would be staying out of the property for periods of time.
