The Tudor Park Marriott Hotel which has a Golf Club, Gym Facilities, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and driving range is only 15 minutes walk using the footpaths and shortcuts. Past the Holy Cross Church and through the picturesque Bearsted Woodland Trust land, situated opposite the Tudor Park Hotel.

You can enjoy town centre shopping by hopping on the train at Bearsted. It's only one stop to Maidstone East, and there's no fuss about parking the car.

We find that routines slot in nicely and as the house is so spacious, everyone is able to enjoy our home. The kitchen breakfast room is a room where you can relax and enjoy the homely. atmosphere.

We have a lovely balance in the house and our lodgers feel at home here. There are four levels, lower ground, ground, middle and top. So no one is on top of each other.

We have found that the communication between everyone has been excellent which aids to a settled environment. People only leave as they are moving on to their own place, moving in with their boyfriend or girlfriend. Or they are relocating due to work.
