We have one double bedroom to rent in a newly refurbished 4 bedroom Victorian house with living room & big garden. Room is for single person only. Rent is 675 pounds per month inclusive of all bills.
We are very quiet and respectful to each others privacy.
House is fully refurbished with new fittings and furniture. New carpets are fitted in all bedrooms and stairwell.
Each room has a double Bed & Mattress, Duvet, pillow, working table & chair and a wardrobe.
Kitchen consist of Tall Fridge/ Freezer, cooking grill/oven, hob, microwave oven, kettle and sufficient storage space.
Plenty street parking is available outside the house.

Belvedere station is 7 minutes walkable distance from the house. Asda & B&Q and a local park are within 5 minutes from the house.
