Double Room Available – Bills Included
A double room is available to rent in a family home. The room currently has a double bed provided, and the tenant can bring any additional furniture they may need.
Rent: £750 per month
Deposit: £250
Bills: All bills included
The home is currently occupied by a family of four (a couple and two children), so we are looking for someone who is comfortable living in a respectful family environment.
The tenant will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom will mostly be used by the tenant; however, it may occasionally be used for bathing the children since it has a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use the household plates, cookware, and utensils. If you prefer to bring your own kitchen items, that is fine, but we try to keep the kitchen organised and not overcrowded. A designated space in the fridge, freezer, and kitchen shelves will be provided.

• 2 minutes walk to the bus stop
• 10 minutes walk to the train station
• 2 minutes to Lidl Store and Starbucks
• 2 minutes to Gym
House guidelines:
• Tenant is expected to help keep the bathroom clean
• Please wash shared kitchen items after use
• No drilling, screwing, or sticking items on the walls
We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person who will be comfortable living in a calm family home.
