single room available, we are a family with 2 children, so we are mindful in who we select, just not anyone , as in sharing the family space and living environment

we need some one who will fit in our family home and who is clean, who is happy to contribute with household chores and general cleaning and tidying up.

If you really want a clean spotless airy environment, clean kitchen and bathroom, then this is the place for you.(no pets) (or smokers, drugs )

Hindi and Punjabi, Mandarin, Malaysian speaking is a plus, however not a must !

shoes must be off in the porch as we do the same and bathroom facilities left clean after each use, as bathroom is shared.

We are down to earth kind of family, however always busy running around, tuition , sport, etc children are well behaved and down earth, mostly studying in quiet till 8pm and there bedtime.( children have a busy schedule of schooling , tuition , after school clubs and activities )

want some one who doesn't have a lot of belongings clutter or pots /pans, minimal the better, as we have these already and wouldn’t want the work surface over crowded
