Small double room for rent in the heart of Bexleyheath!
- Bexleyheath center is only 1 min walk.
-Banks, gym, shopping center, bars, bus stops, restaurants, Asda, Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury`s, TKMaxx, Primark and other various shops within 1-2 min walk.
- There are no children in the house.
- 3 people live in the house ( with myself, but I'm almost not there, so, just 2 pp)
You will only need to share the bathroom with 1 person.
- Large garden, there is a hot tube/Spa in the garden (Hot tube can be used for an extra fee)
- it is always warm in winter; we warm up the house very often.
- A cleaner comes to the house every 2 weeks.
Looking for a tidy MAN who enjoys cleanliness and cleans after himself. Looking for a friendly, calm person.
There are no parties at home, not strangers at home (there are other meeting places for that), ground floor (washing, cooking) is used only until 22.00PM please.
Rent price £190 per week (all bills included) + 2 week's deposit.
