Two peaceful double rooms in a quiet pocket of Bexleyheath, on the edge of Belvedere village. The room offers free on site parking, fast WiFi, and access to a fenced back garden, a lovely space to unwind.

The property is shared with a male, female, and their 4 year old child, so we are looking for a female tenant who would be comfortable living in a family home environment. We are ideally looking for a tenant for a 3 month stay. The sitting room is a private family space and is not available for tenant use.

Each room features a bright window, full length mirror, wardrobe, and a private door lock for added comfort and security. One room overlooks the garden, while the other has a street facing view.

Conveniently located with easy access to the Elizabeth Line at Abbey Wood and direct Southeastern trains from Bexleyheath Station, Central London is within easy reach. Nuxley Village, with its cafes and pubs, is just a five minute walk away.
