Private Loft Floor & Own Bathroom

Large furnished loft room available in a clean, quiet Muslim family home in Bexleyheath.

The lodger will have exclusive use of thr entire floor, including a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a private shower room and toilet immediately outside the bedroom. No one else in the household will use the loft floor or bathroom.

The kitchen and other agreed household facilities are shared downstairs. This is a live in family home occupied by both male and female family members so it isn't an all female household. There are also two friendly indoor cats that shouldn't ever go outside.

We're looking for a mature, clean and considerate female working professional who wants a peaceful, settled home. A Muslim lodger would be particularly well suited to the household.

£950 per calendar month including bills
£950 security deposit
Single occupancy only- no couples.

References, proof of employment or income, and a right to rent check will be required.
