Double room in 3 bed House

A Double room in a 3 bed semi-detached house will be available for a kind, trustworthy and respectful person that happens to be a dog lover too.

The room is at the front of the house and is south facing so gets lots of sunlight. I will purchase a brand new double bed for you along with wardrobe, drawers etc prior to moving in since it's always nicer knowing it's fresh out of the box.

All bills are included and will have full use of kitchen and laundry facilities, WiFi etc. use of conservatory and private garden as well as a decent sized driveway.

Now this is my home and quite nervous about having someone here so need to be a little selective. I have a very cute Jack Russell so you must get on well with him. I'm very relaxed but need to be sure of the right person.

After initial contact it's best to pop in and take a look around, see what each other thinks.
