Double room in a spacious 3 bed House

A Double room in a 3 bed semi-detached house with enough space to really spread yourself out is available for a kind, trustworthy and respectful person. Someone that not only wants a place to stay but might want to call it home too. Oh, and that just happens to be a dog lover too.

The room itself is at the front of the house and is south facing so gets lots of sunlight. Has since been decorated so will update photos shortly. If you don't have your own, I will happily purchase a brand new double bed for you along with anything else that's needed prior to moving in since it's always nicer knowing it's all brand new. There is also another room available to spread out in too if wanted.

All bills are included and will have full use of kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Plus full fibre broadband and can hook up a TV with an extra sky box for you too.
You'll also have full use of kitchen, conservatory and garden which is very private indeed. The driveway is of a good size and easily accessible.

Now this is my home and quite cautious about having someone here so am going to be a touch selective.
Its a relaxed & chilled out atmosphere with no dramas so need to be sure of the right person. I do have a very cute Jack Russell so you must get on well with him.

Its worth noting that due to the location you will need a car or similar since its not a practical walking distance from town, but is just 5mins from M2, even at peak times.
