The room.

We are renting out one of our spare rooms. All bills (Broadband/ Electric/ Counciltax/ Gas/ Water/ TV Licence) included.

I have a dog(A Border Collie) who is house trained and live downstairs. She is super friendly and loves sausages!

The house is clean and comes with off street parking for one car.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, cupboard, 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. It has a lovely view over the North Downs.

You have access to the following rooms:
- Lounge/ Diner with Smart TV (Netflix/ Amazon/ YT/ Freesat/ Terrestial) and sofa/ Dining table.
- Kitchen with Range oven/ microwave/ Dishwasher/ dryer/ Washer etc.
- Home gym with cross trainer/ squat rack/ cable fly/ turbo trainer/ heavy bag/ speed bag and lots of other accessories/ weights.
- Garden patio area with furniture and retractable awning.
- Home office studio if you work from home.
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a large bath, the other with a large shower.
- A bike shed for storing your bicycle!

About us:
We are a laid back couple, no kids. I work from home 3 days a week.
The area is super quiet and the neighbours are lovely. Ten minute walk to Borough Green station and 5 minute drive from the motorway. Borough Green is in the country so lots of forest/ country walks nearby.
