Double room in rural area

We are a couple looking for a housemate(s)

Myself (Abbie) and my partner (Josh) are neurodivergent so if you are too we are understanding. This does mean we have our routines but that means we are pretty predictable.

Both of us are very open with communicating our needs to one another and to others.

We have 2 kittens and 1 elderly cat that are indoors only, they do get on with other pets easily
We both work Monday to Friday. We don't work from home
Location of property means you need to be able to drive as there is no public transport. there is parking available for a single car on a large shared gravel driveway.
This is a 3 bedroom property but we have no plans to rent out the other room as we use it as a guest/storage room

We are petrol heads, we love cars, bikes and anything with an engine, Josh is a vehicle technician and Abbie works for a Motorbike company.
We try to stay active by doing Karate and Kickboxing. We do also love to cook and love food from all over the world, hence the exercise!
We love to watch YouTube and play videogames on our Xbox

Rent to be discussed as some factors such as pets/couples the price can increase
Some furnishings can be provided such as a Sofabed and storage units
