Room in Edwardian Cottage easy access town+WWX

Hi there, this is a lovely double, with garden view, in a cosy Edwardian Cottage with good access to town, buses, beaches and Westwood.
It's a houseshare with me but with some independence as I sometimes have to be away. We're a great match if you like wee chat to catch up on the day, like to keep a clean tidy home and potter a bit in the garden ;-) and are a bit eco conscious. It's always good to have someone to check in with about the day and maybe sometimes share a meal but am also respectful of people's need for space. I've lived in houseshares all my life so I get it :-) I like the beach and meeting people, dancing, cooking, pottering in the garden, laughing, chatting, radio 4, swimming in the sea and hugs :-)
All bills, council tax (band B) and fibre broadband are included. There's on street parking and great neighbours :-)
