Quiet Single bedroom near Joss bay

Hello my name is Oliver,

I live in the beautiful and now very popular town of Broadstairs, my flat is situated on the outskirts of Broadstairs near Joss Bay and Stone bay. The flat itself is located in a cul de sac and overlooks fields and the sea. And is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk into town.

I am describing this room as unfurnished however you are welcome to use the wardrobe/Bed that’s in there currently. There is a shared bathroom, Kitchen and living space.

The room is 3.2M x 2.3M so is described as a single room. The bed shown in the ad is a double which can be removed to give you more space.

There is plenty off on road parking outside the flats and also possible use of the garage for small items like a bike with permission.

I would describe my self as easy going yet professional, however I am fairly neat and tidy my self so would like that to be a shared value . My home is pet and smoke free however smoking is permitted on the balcony .
