The front and back gardens must be kept clean tidy and maintained by the tenants. Any garden maintenance arranged by landlord will be with'"Good heavens for Gardening" and the charge (normally ranges from £50 to £250) will be passed on to the tenant.

The tenant(s)should ensure the drains are cleaned with suitable products ensuring the drains remain blockage free. All blockage work arranged by Landlord will be passed on.
