One Double Bedroom Private Annexe

We have an annexe inside our house with a double bedroom, a spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The entrance to the house is shared, but once you climb the stairs and close the internal door to the annexe, it is self contained and private. The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared and accessed through the garden, which you are also welcome to enjoy. You would be welcome to have as little or as much to do with us as you wish. I am a 32 year old female self employed locum vet currently working part time, living with my male partner who is a full time quantity surveyor, and our 2 year old daughter.
There is also space on our drive for you to park your car off road. We are in Burham, which is a fairly quiet village. You do get some distant noise from the nearby through road and we are on the same road as a school, so we do get some morning and afternoon noise and traffic, but for working professionals who are likely out the door by 8am and back after 5pm, this wouldn't be a problem.
We normally use a lodgers agreement on a monthly rolling contract. We would be happy to accept £700 rent including utility bills (including broadband), if you also take responsibility for paying the annexe's council tax (which is separate from the main house's council tax, Band B and approximately £120pcm with single person's discount if paying via the council's 12 month payment plan).
