The double rooms benefit from built-in wardrobes, desks, sideboards, double beds.

-Single room (£430)
Single room benefits ot double wardrobe, single room and a desk.

The driveway in front of the house has 2 parking spaces.

The current housemates are all professionals or mature students. They will most probably show you around. We are looking for tidy, reliable, and respectful housemates.

The cleaner comes every couple of weeks to clean the common area.

The house is located 5min walk to Canterbury East station; 5 min to Wincheap main street; 5min to Christ Church University, 10 min to city centre and 10 min to the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
