All-inclusive rooms for 2026-27 academic year

Rooms are available in a shared house in Whitstable Road (near transport links and in walking distance to the University of Kent). This is a fully registered House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) which is let exclusively to postgraduate and undergraduate students. By the terms of my HMO licence, the rooms must be single occupants only, although it's a period property and so most of the rooms are relatively large. It's also a strictly non-smoking house. All bills and the BT Full Fibre 900 Broadband are included in the rent.

All rooms have their own toilet and shower. There is a kitchen on each floor, so tenants only share a kitchen with one other tenant.

The house is situated on Whitstable Road so it is walking distance from the university but also on the bus route between university and town - bus stops are close and the buses are frequent. If you'd like to discuss or see the property, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
