Kent University Woolf College en-suite room

THIS ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT OR FUTURE POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS OF KENT UNIVERSITY

This is a room located in Woolf College on Kent University Campus. Since I'm finishing my year, I'm looking for someone to replace me until the end of my contract, around mid-september.

As you can see in the picture, the room is pretty well designed for you to tidy up your things and the desk allows you to work efficiently with as much paperwork you need to have as possible. High speed internet is available either by wi-fi or cable.
Toilets and shower are individual, and there is a laundry room just in front of the building.

Kitchen and living room are in the same common room, with enough space and amenities for most of the 8 flatmates to easily coexist (8 seats table, 2 fridges/freezers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs that are shared and 2 cupboards + a drawer for each person).
Common room is cleaned every week by a cleaner.
Please take note that neither bedding nor dishes are provided.

The replacement will be validated by the university's accomodation office once you have contacted them (i can give you contact details).

Since I am leaving Canterbury with 2 other persons, a group of 2 or 3 persons moving in at the same time would be guaranteed to be flatmates.
