New housemate needed for this calm spacious house in Wincheap (South Canterbury) near the hospital.

We are all friendly young professionals between 26 and 31 years old. We are looking for a person that will match with our current household. We like to have a calm and quiet home with the occasional dinner hosting. We often cook for each other and share time and activities when our schedules align. We all equally pull our weight in the house without needing to be asked to, whether it be dishes, mopping, bins, gardening etc, everything gets done so this feels like a home.
