We have single and double rooms (single occupancy only) available for rent in a shared property for the 2026 academic year.

The house is ideally located for University of Kent students, just a short walk from campus. A bus stop with direct service to the city centre is also only 1 minute away, making it very convenient for both study and leisure.

- A spacious dining room for shared meals and study time
- One full bathroom with toilet, plus a separate additional toilet
- A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, hob, oven, electric kettle, toaster, brand-new sink, and all essential cooking appliances
- Ample storage space throughout the property
- Rooms are furnished, clean, and in excellent condition, ready for immediate move-in.

Tenancy Details:
- Looking for quiet and tidy students who will look after their rooms and respect others in the household
- One month’s deposit is required
- A formal rental contract will be provided
- All bills included: electricity, water, gas, and superfast Wi-Fi
