The house is situated in a peaceful area close to the University of Kent. It's only a minute away from the nearest bus station, and it's just a 10-minute walk to reach the university campus.

The rooms come fully furnished, featuring:

Additionally, there is a cozy shared living room adorned with a wooden theme, complete with a dining table, coffee table, and more. The kitchen boasts two refrigerators, a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and other essentials. The house accommodates two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet, one featuring both a shower and a bath.
The house features a beautiful backyard, providing a delightful outdoor space for residents to enjoy. Off-street parking is available for convenience.

The monthly rent for the rooms are £425, £450 and £475 respectively. Utility bills are included in the rent. This includes gas, electricity, water and broadband!

One month deposit is required.

The council tax is waived ONLY for students (for non-students, the tax will be £50 per month per person).

TERMS: Minimum contract duration is 6 months, extendable up to 12 months. Shorter term lets are also open to consideration.

Guarantors (UK based) are required in some circumstances.

Rooms are professionally cleaned and disinfected before tenants move in. Cleaning the rooms during tenancy is with tenants. Sorry, no pets.
