The Rooms & House Layout

There is a choice of double rooms and one furnished single room available.
▪ The Layout: There is one shared family bathroom located upstairs.
▪ Peace & Privacy: To meet room demand, the former common room has been converted into the single bedroom. While there is no shared living room, this makes the house exceptionally quiet and peaceful—perfect for those who value their own space to study or unwind.
▪ The Vibe: The house is consistently kept clean and well-maintained. The property has historically hosted a fantastic mix of both students and professionals.

Rental Terms & Bills

▪ Bills Included: Utilities are included in the rent, subject to a standard fair-use policy to ensure efficiency.
