We have 1 kingsize and 1 big and 1 small double bedroom in a 2-floor house with garden. Internet is included in this price, the rest is to share. Rent will differ if less than 3 months. No minimum stay but daily rate will apply. Text me for more info.

It’s located on St Peter’s Grove quiet area but also heart of Canterbury city center, in between west and east train station, also 15min drive to seaside.

8min to west train station
10min to east train station

We are looking for another housemate, I am the female landlord who newly moved in, 30 y/o professional, easygoing and social, so still improving things in the house (set up in the pictures will be better later). Apart from living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathroom to share , there is also a garden to use (due to limit on pictures it’s not shown up here, will send if required). Pets are welcome as long as you can make sure the house is clean and free from odour also noise (I am also a big animal lover)

Students and professionals are both welcome. Couple is welcome for short period less than 3-4 months, price will be adjusted for 2 people too. Internet bill is included. Simple reference check is required.
