Hello, we have a separate annex to rent which is beside our house. This has a bathroom with shower & toilet & a kitchen with oven, fridge and washing machine. All heating / electricity / council tax bills included. Internet not included (wifi signal not strong enough) - previous tenant used a dongle. Tv available if tenant would like. Double bed. Would be perfect for a student or professional who would like their own space. We have two small boys who will use the garden behind the property so we are looking for someone who is easy going and doesn’t mind the noise of children playing at the back.. There is ample parking at the road - we live in a cul de sac so there is never an issue finding a space. Canterbury is a 20 minute walk - either via Wincheap or by the river. Morrisons is 5 minutes away. Current tenant moving out at end of May. Please contact me with any questions.
