Double room (suitable for couples) close waitrose

I have a lovely double room in a licensed HMO close to town. It is in the quiet road (Albert Road) which backs on to the college. There is a small park a few feet from the house (the road is a. no through road so is generally very quiet).

The house is designed for couples , there are three bathrooms for the four bedrooms (one is a private ensuite) so you only have to share two bathrooms amongst the other two tenants. The kitchen is a double kitchen , two fridges , ovens, hobs etc so everyone can cook at the same time if desired. The garden is nice in the summer , two patios , outside lighting and a fixed bbq.

Albert Road has a Chinese takeaway a few feet from it and backs onto the rear entrance of Waitrose so you can walk to town really quickly
