1 room available for students only in a 5 bed house in canterbury - the 5th room is kept spare for the landlord to stay in when he's organising property maintenance + house viewings (because he cannot realistically commute from where he lives in bristol for that)

note the house was bought in 2017 as a fixer upper + for various reasons (2 covid lockdowns, followed by soaring dual fuel bills, then going from 1.99% to 5.99% mortgage interest) that process is only happening slowly: please do not expect it to resemble something out of the ideal home exhibition. if you consider room size (see floorplan) + location (see below) to be the most important factors about your accommodation feel free to arrange a viewing

6 mins from Canterbury West Station (and something similar from the High St)

ie it's basically in town but is still only

17 mins down Eliot footpath

which makes it ideal for students at the University of Kent

parking

parking permit(s) must be applied for from Canterbury City Council for parking nearby otherwise onstreet parking is available at a distance (for example further up Whitstable Rd towards the university)

all bills - fresh water, waste water, electricity, gas, broadband + tv license - are included in the rent

2 of the rooms have double beds

there's a large bathroom + a small shower room

+ a small garden consisting of a lawn at the back of the house

note there is also a TV (usually used for games) in the lounge
